All the service fees listed above and the caution have to be paid in cash to our employee or in the depot.
Upon request/order of more than 2 bicycles or delivery to your hotel, a prepayment (transferred to our bank accounts in Germany, generally 25% of the complete rental-fee) is required.

Hints for individual pick-up of the bikes from the VELO-TOURING depot:
Due to our opening times - Monday to Friday 9.30am – 5.00pm - we recommend to fix an appointment. On weekend days (Sat. and Sun.), on public holidays and on working days not between 9.00am – 5.00pm the appointment has to be preliminarily fixed.

All these accessories will be taken back upon returning the bicycles.
In case of loss the value will have to be charged!
